2024 Ramadan Organisation

We had a very nice program with our aid activities for Ramadan 2024. We experience the joy of making thousands of brothers and sisters happy and whose lives we touched together with you.

This Ramadan, we continued to support our families in need in the regions we identified in Africa. With our team, including our volunteers; we gave iftar to thousands of our brothers and sisters, opened 4 permanent works, distributed thermoses and stationary packages to schools, provided food packages, zakat, fitrah and sadaqa aid to our families, and distributed 1,000 copies of the Holy Quran to our Muslim brothers who could not perform their religious duties due to the lack of possibilities.

Our teams of volunteers shared their feelings and thoughts as follows;
Zehra COŞKUN: ''There are moments when some feelings are very difficult to explain with words. Africa was a memory for me where I experienced all the emotional transitions. While I was experiencing the joy of being able to go to this geography, which I have always dreamed of going to, thanks to you, what I saw made me face the realities of life once again. It was the most meaningful trip of my life in that geography where poverty reigned, where I felt pure happiness deep in my heart, where I saw children happy with a hug, where I could share, help, and understand emotions without knowing the language. I would like to thank the Yardimhane Association for enabling me to realize the memories that I will never forget and tell with tears and happiness throughout my life, and to look at the world with more awareness. May we walk many paths on the path of goodness.''

Canan ULUSOY: ''When I went to Africa, I did not expect it to affect me this much. It is impossible not to be impressed when you see women walking for kilometers along the roadside with children on their backs and water cans in their hands. I cannot explain in words the feelings I experienced when, as the Yardimhane Association, we opened a water well in a village where people walked 3 km for water. After the opening of the well, people filled their cans with joy, performed dances and thanked me, and when I looked at the well after the surroundings calmed down, seeing a little child turn on the fountain, put his hand under the water, and watch the water laughing remained a memory that I will keep forever in the most beautiful place of my heart. I mean, the water flowing from the fountain, which is an ordinary thing for us, is very valuable for them. "I'm so happy to be a part of, Buyudum Cocuk Oldum Platform."
